YooMoney bank card
We send letters from Moscow. The delivery time depends only on the Russian Post.
After your card reaches the post service, you will get an email notice with the special number for tracking the delivery. Using this tracking number, you can check the delivery status on the Russian Post website.
Unfortunately, you can only track your delivery, but not speed up the process.
Visit the activation page (the link is provided in the letter which contains your card).
You will need to do the following:
Enter the card number.
Think up a PIN for ATMs and card readers.
Think up a code word (required for contacting our support service).
That done, the card is deemed activated: you are ready to pay and withdraw money.
Simply create a new one.
Visit the "Bank cards" section.
Click "Change PIN".
Enter your password for confirming operations in your wallet.
Enter the new PIN.
After you're done, we recommend checking that everything works properly. Any ATM will do: insert your card, enter the new PIN, and request your balance.
First, make sure you entered the bank card details and the text message password without mistakes.
Second, check your card settings. You might have disabled this type of payments.
Third, check your user status. If your account is anonymous, your one-time payment limit is 15,000 ₽. Additionally, you cannot pay with your card outside of Russia: payments on App Store, Google Play, Amazon, and other non-Russian websites won't work.
If the issue is not connected to limits or statuses, call us. Be ready to provide the card number, time and amount of the payment.
If the issue is not with the ATM itself (that is, it accepts cards issued by other banks), there are two possible reasons:
you are an anonymous user, i.e. you didn't provide us with your passport details,
you disabled cash withdrawal in your card settings,
ATM has reached its limit,
you have reached the YooMoney limit. For reviewed users, it's 5,000 ₽ / day and 40,000 ₽ / month. For identified users, it's 100,000 ₽ / day and 1.3 million ₽ / month.
Cancel it right now: the button is in your card settings.
If you cannot cancel it, call us at +7 495 197-86-86.
After that you can order a new card.
Card is valid until the last day of the month specified as part of the expiration date. For example, if it states 08/21, then the last day is August 31. A "Reissue" button will appear in the wallet (in the "Bank cards" section) five weeks before the expiration date. Click on it and order a new card.
When ordering the card, you'll need to pay for it: 299 ₽ for delivery by mail, 799 ₽ by post abroad. Once the card arrives, activate it, and the old one will stop working.
