Problem with text messages or passwords
My phone is lost
Call us and give your wallet number: we will temporarily block the money so that no one spends it.
Block the SIM card. You don't need to visit the carrier's office as it can be done by phone.
If you recover the old phone number, you won't need to change anything, and the text messages will continue to be sent as usual. If you get a new phone number, make sure to change it in the wallet settings as well as in all Internet banking services, social networks, and other important accounts.
If the lost phone's screen wasn't locked, we recommend deleting all the data from the device immediately. Learn more
I don't use the phone number linked to the wallet anymore
If you can't get a text message to the linked phone number and then change it in the wallet settings, try to link a new phone number right away. You may need to fill out a special form.
I haven't received a text message
Sometimes text messages are delayed by a couple of minutes: try requesting again after some time.
If you still haven't received the message:
Contact the carrier's support service to find out if there are any problems with the text message delivery and if you are allowed to receive messages from short numbers.
Delete incoming messages: your phone memory is probably full.
Insert the SIM card into another phone: it will help if something doesn't work in your device.
