Text message codes

We send text messages to the phone number you specified upon registration or linked to your account later. All passwords are single use only.

The option to switch to such passwords as well as the text messages themselves are free of charge.

Changing the phone number for text messages

If you still have access to your old phone number, you can link another number in the wallet settings.

  1. Click "Change" next to the phone number.

  2. Confirm access with the text message code: it will be sent to the old number.

  3. Specify your new phone number.

  4. Confirm the change with a code sent via text message to the new number.

If your old phone number isn't available, fill out a form for linking a phone number (you may need to submit a paper application).

What to do if the text messages are not coming through

Sometimes text messages are delayed by a couple of minutes: try requesting again after some time.

If you still haven't received the message:

  1. Contact the carrier's support service to find out if there are any problems with the text message delivery and if you are allowed to receive messages from short numbers.

  2. Delete incoming messages: probably your phone memory is full.

  3. Insert the sim card into another phone: it will help if something doesn't work in your device.

If your phone is lost

First of all, we recommend blocking the wallet: call us and be ready to provide the wallet number.

Further actions depend on whether you restore the previous number, so you don't need to change anything in your wallet, or get a new one, so you need to fill out a form for linking a new phone number.
