Managing subscriptions

A section where you can track the services linked to your YooMoney cards, when the payment will be debited, and how much money you need to pay for all subscriptions per month. Here you can also enable new subscriptions and earn cashback in rubles from the partner.

The section includes:

  • Your subscriptions

  • Transaction history

  • Available services

My subscriptions

Here are your enabled and disabled subscriptions. If you click on the subscription, the details will open: the date of payment, the amount, the number of the wallet or card from which the money is debited, various instructions and links.

What are the types of subscriptions?

External subscriptions

Subscriptions that are enabled on the service's website. You can disable them only there.

Subscriptions with cashback in rubles

Subscriptions enabled under "Managing subscriptions" ("Available services" section). They bring you cashback in rubles from the partner after each payment.

Please note:

  • maximum cashback that can be earned in a year is 4,000 ₽

  • cashback percentage may vary due to the partner's terms and conditions

Activating:

  1. Click on the service under "Available services"

  2. Select one of the subscription options

  3. Enter your details

  4. Select "Enable"

All the details will appear after activation: how to sign in to your account, enable your subscription, etc.

You can disable auto-renewal at any time only on the YooMoney website.

Transaction history

Under "Transaction history", you can find information about all subscription charges and cashback deposits. Here you can also find out how much money will be debited for this month and for the next one.

Subscriptions that bring cashback in rubles from the partner.

What to do if...

The section doesn't display all subscriptions linked to my bank card

If you enabled the subscription on the service's website (not via YooMoney), it may appear after two payments. To have the subscription displayed immediately, reconnect it under Managing subscriptions ("Available services" section).

I don't remember the phone number/email that was used to activate the subscription

Contact the support team of the subscription service to restore your access.

The subscription is enabled on the service's website, but I want to earn cashback

Just cancel the auto-renewal on the service's website and enable the same subscription via YooMoney (under "Managing subscriptions"). After this, you'll receive cashback in rubles from the partner for each debit.
