Identification via InfinBank is temporarily unavailable: please use some other method.

Cost: 25 000 UZS

Time required: several minutes.

In the bank branch

InfinBank has a head office, branches, and mini-banks. You can complete identification at the head office or in any of the branches. Not all mini-banks are suitable, though: you'll need to specify by phone. View phone numbers and addresses of offices.

  1. Visit the nearest bank branch and bring your passport and wallet number.

  2. Tell them you want to complete identification for your YooMoney wallet.

  3. Show your passport and provide your wallet number.

  4. The operator will print out a preliminary application form. Carefully check the details and wallet number in the application form. Sign only if everything is correct.

  5. Pay 25,000 UZS

  6. Wait a few minutes: the operator will tell you if everything is in order.

In a few minutes, a notification will appear in your wallet, and you will need to confirm your identification (on the YooMoney website or in the app). Here's what it looks like on the website:

Follow the link, double check the information, and confirm that everything is correct. The wallet's status will be immediately upgraded.

If you find an error, contact our support service

The identification must be confirmed within 180 days from the moment the notification appeared in the wallet. Otherwise, you will have to start over (by visiting an InfinBank office).
