Money request: in a messenger or via email
It works like this: you enter amount and name of the transfer, and the website generates a link. After that, you can send it in a way most convenient for you: in a messenger, via social media, or via email.
The person will receive the email allowing them to immediately transfer the exact amount you specified (maximum 15,000 ₽).
Note: you can request money only if you have confirmed your identity, i.e. filled out an online application form or completed identification.
Everything is recorded in the request history.
You'll receive standart wallet notifications (email, push-notification) if they are enabled. Enable notifications
You can also check the status in the request history. If you see an unpaid request, you can immediately resend it.
Our commission is deducted from the transfer amount:
for payments via cards: 3%,
for payments via the wallet: 1%.
Maximum amount for a single request is 15,000 ₽. Wallets also have monthly limits
An additional limit on the number of requests is also applied:
10 requests per day if you've confirmed your identity (using any method) less than three months ago,
50 requests a day if you've confirmed identity three months ago or earlier.
