Cashback in rubles from stores and services
Our service offers two types of cashback: in bonus points (from YooMoney) and in rubles (from our partners). This page is about cashback in rubles.

Cashback in rubles is credited for purchases from the YooMoney partners. That's over 100 stores and services and the list is constantly being updated.
Cashback is applied to payments made via any method. The money is credited to your wallet, and you can spend it immediately. Cashback is credited within 30 to 90 days from the date of payment depending on the store.
You need to activate cashback before every purchase. Select the offer in the "Cashback and promo deals" section and click "Purchase with cashback".
Shopping with cashback
Please note: if you use other cashback services or ad blockers, disable them, or cashback won't be credited.
1. Select the offer on our website and click on its card to see the details.
2. Read the conditions. Here's what you need to look out for:
- Cashback amount may vary between different products in the same store.
- Cashback is usually credited within 30 to 90 days.
- Exceptions: cashback may be omitted for some products or may only cover certain cities.
- Limits: maximum cashback size, minimum order size, etc.
3. Click on "Purchase with cashback": cashback is enabled, you proceed to the store.
4. Check if there are any items in the cart that you've added earlier. If there are, you need to remove them as no cashback will be credited for them (if you need these items, just add them again later).
5. Make purchases. You can pay using any method offered by the store (but payments with your wallet or YooMoney card also provide the opportunity to earn cashback in points).
6. Wait for cashback. The information about the purchase will appear in the card within a day: this means that cashback has been counted and will be credited on time. It looks like this:
Why is cashback not credited
Due to violation of terms. Each store has its own terms and conditions, and you need to check them in advance. Here are some examples:
• Cashback does not cover your region. Most stores only provide cashback for orders made from Russia, and some even make offers just for certain cities.
• A limit has been applied. Sometimes stores limit the maximum amount of cashback a month, the maximum number or amount of orders a month, etc.
• The order is wholesale or made on behalf of a legal entity: some stores don't provide cashback for such cases.
Due to technical reasons. When you click "Purchase with cashback", we inform the store that your order comes with a cashback option. Due to technical problems, this information may be lost, and the cashback won't be credited. What types of problems may arise:
• The browser has ad blockers or extensions of other cashback services installed: they erase the information about the cashback.
• Items from the order have been added to cart before the you activated cashback. In this case, the store wouldn't be informed that these items come with a cashback option.
• Either too much time has passed since you've enabled cashback or you've switched to another website or just closed the browser altogether: as a result, the information about the cashback was erased.
• You've clicked the "Purchase with cashback" button several times in a row: some websites might activate spam protection in response, resulting in said website "forgetting" you're supposed to get cashback.
• You changed the order after the checkout. Sometimes this means a new order will be created on the side of the store: then it will no longer contain information about your cashback.
