Problem with email

I can't receive the email with the code

Make sure you're expecting an email to the address specified in the wallet settings

Check the spam folder and other folders in your inbox: emails can be sorted automatically (for example, Gmail sorts some emails into "Social" or "Promotions" automatically).

If you've checked everything but there's still no email, contact us

I'd like to change the email address in my wallet

You can change the email address in the wallet settings. We'll ask you to enter the code that we'll send to the linked email address.

If you don't have access to it, enter your wallet password and the text message code. After that, you'll be able to enter a new address right away.

I don't remember which email address is linked to the wallet

Sign in to your wallet with the phone number: enter the number to which you receive text messages. After that, check the email address in the settings. You can change it there too.
