What you need to do

Simply visit our office.

Russian citizens must have their passport on hand.

Belarusian citizens will need the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus.

Non-Russian citizens need to bring several documents.

  1. Give the documents to our secretaries.

  2. Tell your account number.

You can confirm your identification on our website in just a few minutes.

Another person can apply for identification for you. They'll need an original notarized power of attorney (a scan or photo aren't suitable), their passport, and your documents.

In such cases, the application is filled out in your name and signed by the person whose name is specified in the power of attorney.

The power of attorney must contain all information about you and your representative: full name, date and place of birth, registration address, passport series, number, issue date, issuing authority, and subdivision code. If any of your information isn't specified in the power of attorney, we'll need a notarized copy of your passport.

The power of attorney must specify the authority of another person: to be your representative at "YooMoney", NBCO LLC with the right to request and receive any information that the principal as a client of "YooMoney", NBCO LLC has the right to receive, including information that constitutes the principal's bank secrecy.

The identification must be confirmed within 7 days from the moment the notification appeared in the wallet. Otherwise, you will have to start over (by visiting the YooMoney office).
