Why I'm getting an error
Possible reasons:
The recipient's wallet is full. Balance limits depend on the user status
Your card was issued in a country that is not supported. Currently, you can only use a card issued in Russia.
You are not using passwords for online payments (3-D Secure). Usually the bank sends them via text messages, sometimes it provides a list of one-time codes or creates a permanent password. Contact the bank to find out if your card has 3-D Secure enabled.
You have exceeded the deposit limit ↑
If you are sure none of these reasons apply, contact us via chat (you need to sign in to YooMoney).
