From Russian card via ATM
Please note: this method is only suitable for reviewed and identified wallets.
In brief: insert your card into the ATM, find "YooMoney" in the menu, specify the wallet number and deposit amount.
Be sure to keep the receipt. If something goes wrong, you will need it when contacting your bank's customer support.
Some ATMs allow adding money to the wallet using any bank card. But in most cases you may use only the card of the bank that owns the ATM. Please check this information before adding money.
Limits, fees, terms
Standard limit for a single deposit is 15,000 rubles. If a certain bank applies a different limit, you will see a notification on the screen.
Majority of ATMs accept money without commission: the ATM will inform you otherwise. Please note: if you own a credit card (not a debit card), the bank may charge an additional commission for using it.
Money is usually credited immediately.
If you didn't receive the money
Sometimes deposits take time before being credited to the card, maximum 24 hours (depending on the bank). If more time has passed, contact us via chat (you need to sign in to YooMoney).
