Favorites, reminders, autopayments

Save important payments on the home screen: we'll remind you about them or repeat them upon your request.

Favorites

You can use Favorites, for example, for phone or Internet service fees or transfers to someone. To add a payment to Favorites, click on the star in its details. You can do it right after you make the payment or afterwards in the history.

Your Favorites can be found on the main page of the wallet, you can repeat them in a couple of clicks:

To edit the name or remove a payment from Favorites, click on the three dots next to payment's name.

Reminders

Our reminders are free and work for almost all goods and services in our catalog.

You can set them up during the payment process. After that, you'll receive emails with a button for repeating the payment.

Autopayments

You can delegate all regularly scheduled payments to our service: utility bills, loan repayments, travel cards, and others. Enable them once. and money will be debited on a certain day of each month. You can disable them at any moment (or they'll be disabled automatically in 3 years).

You can activate them if you use Beeline, MTS, Yota, Rostelecom, or T-Mobile.

You can set up autopayments when adding money to your balance. Money will be debited from your wallet or the bank card linked to it, without commission.

  1. Specify the phone number and the amount you want to add to the phone balance.

  2. Check the "Set up autopayments" box and select the most suitable option:

  3. Confirm the payment with a password.

Money will be immediately added to the phone balance, and your mobile carrier will send you the text message notifying that autopayments are enabled. Reply to this message if needed. If you did not receive the message, autopayments were most likely activated automatically.

You can set up autopayments for a maximum of 10 phone numbers in one wallet.

Limits

The amount of an autopayment can be smaller than the amount of the payment you're currently making, but you can't set a larger amount: if you top up your phone balance in the amount of 500 ₽, you can set up autopayments for no more than 500.

If there's not enough money for an autopayment, we will repeat attempts to debit money for one hour. Add money to your wallet or card within this period, and the payment will be processed. If you don't do it in time, autopayments will be disabled (you will receive an email and a text message notification). To activate them again, add money to the phone balance manually.

You can activate autopayments during the payment process, before entering the password:

The amount of an autopayment can be smaller than the amount of the payment you're currently making. But you can't set a larger amount: if you top up your metro card in the amount of 500 ₽, you can set up autopayments for no more than 500.

We send out text messages and emails before each automatic payment and notifications on success after. Money is debited from your wallet or the bank card linked to it; an entry about the payment appears in your history. If the service provider starts to charge a fee or changes its amount, you will be notified via email in advance.

The list of your autopayments is located on the main page (the Your Transactions section). You can also disable autopayments and change their amount or due date at any moment.

Please note: you can only activate one autopayment for each phone number, contract, or personal account.

If you decide to add money to this phone balance manually and check the "Set up autopayments" box again (with other date and amount), the second autopayment will not be set. The initial autopayment's date and amount will be updated to the ones you specified last.

If there's not enough money for an autopayment, it won't be completed this month. But in the following month the money will be debited according to the plan.
Important: if there's not enough money for three months in a row, autopayments will be disabled. To activate them again, add money to your wallet.
