Limits and fees for adding money
If you're an anonymous user, you can add money to your wallet from your bank card or via Sberbank Online, but only on our website or in the app. The only exception are refunds from stores: those are sent even to anonymous users.
Banks, payment kiosks, and other locations for adding money can set their own limits and fees. Make sure to check the conditions carefully.
From a bank card
Under the "Add money" section on the website or in the app
No commission is charged when you make a transfer:
on the website: 4,000 rubles or more at a time,
in the app (regardless of the amount).
When you add 3,999 rubles or less on the website, the commission is 1% of the deposited amount: if you're adding 100 rubles to your wallet, 101 rubles will be debited from your card.
Limits depend on the wallet's status:

There are also daily and monthly limits:
100,000 rubles in a day (maximum 30 transactions),

In cash

Via payment kiosks and at checkout desks
When you add money via Sberbank's ATMs, no commission is charged. Other ATMs may apply their own fees.
The default limit is 15,000 rubles per transaction, but some locations may set their own limits.
Via money transfer systems
When you add money at the Russian branches of "Unistream", no commission is charged.
The default limit is 15,000 rubles per transaction.
