Limits and fees for YooMoney bank cards
Virtual card
You can get a virtual Mir card: it's free, the card will be valid for 5 years.
You can use this card online as well as offline if you add it to Mir Pay: for example, at stores and cafes. It works in Russia and other countries where Mir cards are accepted and where Mir Pay is supported. Important: you'll need an NFC-compatible phone on Android™ version 9.0 or higher.
How to add a virtual card to Mir Pay
Payment commission is 0%. Exceptions:
— an online store uses the MCC of money transfers.
— a non-Russian service converted the amount at their own rate: you're paying abroad but in rubles (and you don't have the "Multicurrency cards" package activated). 2.9% will be added to the amount.
— you pay in currency but your card is in rubles (and you don't have the "Multicurrency cards" package activated). We convert the amount to rubles at an increased rate: the rate of your payment system + 2.9%.
— you pay in a currency not included in your "Multicurrency cards" package. Money will be debited from your ruble account at the rate of the payment system + 2.9%.

You can withdraw cash from the virtual card at any ATM supporting the NFC technology. Tap your card against the reader and enter the PIN: the rest of the process is same as usual.
Commission for withdrawing money from the ruble account is 3% of the amount but not less than 100 ₽. Some banks may charge an additional commission for using ATMs.

Physical card
Physical Mir card with delivery. You can order it on the website or in the app: 299 ₽ for delivery within Russia by post and 549 ₽ for delivery by courier. We can ship the card abroad (by post): 799 ₽. This card is valid for five years.
Pre-issued card. You can get one at our office: once it's activated, 100 ₽ for the entire service period will be charged.
Payment commission is 0%. Exceptions:
