How to create an account and sign in
To create an account with the anonymous user status, you need a phone number and password. To create multiple wallets using the same phone number or verify your identity, you'll also need an email address.
Phone number: used for text message confirmation codes. You can create multiple wallets using the same phone number (up to 10).
Email address: used for receipts and notifications. Each wallet must have its own email address: the email address is used for identifying wallets (in case the phone number is the same).
Password for signing in: a combination of letters and digits as usual. We'll remind you about the requirements when you'll be signing up or changing your password.
You can link an existing wallet to Sber ID or create a new one: either way, click on "Sign in via Sber ID", and we'll guide you further.
The wallet will receive your phone number and email address from Sberbank (you'll be able to change them if you want). Payment details (accounts, bank cards, balance, etc.) are not disclosed to anyone: neither from YooMoney to Sberbank, nor vice versa.
After you link the wallet to Sber ID, you'll be able to sign in quickly without entering your email address, phone number, or password.
You can also unlink your wallet from Sber ID at any moment: in the settings
You can link an existing wallet to your Gosuslugi account or create a new one. In either case, click on the Gosuslugi icon when you log in or sign up.
First, you'll need to sign in to your Gosuslugi account, so that we get your phone number and email (you can change them if you'd like).
Once the wallet is linked, you'll be able to sign in with your login and password from your Gosuslugi account, as well as with your phone number and password from YooMoney, as you prefer.
You can also unlink your wallet at any moment: in the settings
You can link an existing wallet to your VK ID or create a new one. In either case, click on the VK ID icon when you log in or sign up.
First, you'll need to sign in to your VK ID, so that we get your phone number and email (you can change them if you'd like).
Once the wallet is linked, you can quickly sign in with your VK ID without entering a phone number or password from YooMoney. You can also use them instead, it's up to you.

You need the YooMoney mobile app for signing in using QR codes
Select "QR code" when signing in on the website.
A code will open: scan it using your phone camera or the scanner in the YooMoney app.
The "Confirm sign-in" button will appear in the app. If you click on it, the same account as in the app will be opened on the website.
How to scan
Using your phone camera. Hover the camera over the code or open a scanner app: your phone will suggest going to the YooMoney app or it'll open it automatically.
Using the QR code scanner in the YooMoney app. Open the scanner in your account or in the catalog and hover the camera over the code.
If the QR code doesn't work, update it: it's probably outdated.
We're requesting your password to make sure it's still you at your computer, not a different person.
The website shows which wallet you sign in to last time (if there are multiple wallets, we'll show the other ones as a list). Therefore, you won't need to enter your email address and phone number again, just the password.
If you forgot your password, reset it using text message codes.
In this case, you need to transfer your wallet over to YooMoney: read the FAQ here.
Just in case:
If you need to recover access to your Yandex account, there's a separate guide
If you need help with the password, use the password recovery page
If you need help
Here are the instructions in case you don't have access to your phone number or email address or in case you forgot your password.
If these instructions didn't help or you have a different problem, contact us via the form below.
You can also contact us via chat, you'll get the fastest response there, but you need to sign in to YooMoney. We're suggesting this option in case you have multiple accounts: you can sign in to one account and ask a question about another account.
