The order wasn't delivered, or the wrong order was delivered

YooMoney offers the buyer protection service: we will return your money if your order wasn't delivered or if you received a wrong order.

How the protection works:

  • you bought an item with physical delivery. A tablet or a pair of socks count or an online game don't,

  • You paid with a wallet or card linked to the wallet

  • It's been no more than 90 days since you made the payment

Example: you bought a new tablet, paid for it from the wallet, but received an e-book reader instead, and the seller refuses to change the product or issue a refund. In this case, contact us immediately.
