How to receive a document

Extract

It's suitable for visa applications, the Tax Service, and other state authorities. The document contains the list of all transactions (incoming and outgoing) and remaining account balance.

You can download an extract independently if you have the reviewed or identified user status, and there's at least one transaction in your history. If you need to get the document for an anonymous user, please contact our Support Service.

How to get an extract on the website

  1. Scroll down the home page and find the "Events" section.

  2. Click on the "Extract" button. Here it is, to the right:

  3. Select the "Extract with a stamp in PDF": it's an official document.

  4. Enter the time period for which you need an extract.

You'll receive the document via the email address linked to your wallet within 15 minutes.

If the extract includes the current day, we recommend loading it tomorrow or later. This way, information about transactions will be updated by then.

How to get an extract in the Android app

This feature is available in newer app versions: starting from 11.31.0 or higher.

Go to your profile by clicking on your name or wallet number in the upper left corner on the Home page. Click on "Extracts and confirmation letters" on the opened page, select "Extract with a stamp in PDF format", specify the period of transactions to be included in the extract, and send it to the linked email.

Payment or transfer confirmation

Receipt for the transaction: suitable if the recipient just needs to find your payment or transfer on their side.

  1. Scroll down the home page and find the "Events" section.

  2. Click on the payment you need to open the details.

  3. Click on "Open a receipt".

After that, you can make a screenshot of the receipt or print it out.

Transaction statement: for accounting departments, the Tax Service, or other state authorities.

  1. Scroll down the home page and find the "Events" section.

  2. Click on the payment you need to open the details.

  3. Click on "Get a transaction statement".

The document will be sent to the email address linked to your wallet within 8 hours.

Payment order: for confirming paid fines, taxes, or bank transfers.

  1. Scroll down the home page and find the "Events" section.

  2. Click on the transfer you need to open the details.

  3. Click on "Payment order".

After that, you can make a screenshot of the page or print it out.

Fiscal receipt: it's not issued by us but by the service or store where you're paying. It's usually sent via email right after the purchase, but if you haven't received it, you can request a copy in store's support service.

Confirmation of the remaining account balance

You can only get it on the website if you have the reviewed or identified user status. The confirmation letter includes the balance amount, wallet number, card numbers, and your passport details. It's required, for example, when you're applying for a visa or for other cases when you should to confirm that you're using YooMoney. If you need to get a confirmation letter for an anonymous user (without confirming passport details), please contact our Support Service.

How to get a confirmation letter in the Android app

Banking details for incoming transfers

In the "Purpose of payment" field, specify the number of the wallet you're adding money to (copy it on the website or in the app). These banking details are only for transfers in rubles. You can also add money in currency: terms and banking details are provided in the "How to add money to a currency account" section.

How to find banking details in the app

Go to the section with your YooMoney cards —> Card page —> Card banking details

On this page, you may select currency of the transfer and who is sending the money: an individual or a legal entity. Click on the "share" icon in the upper right corner to send or copy the banking details.

Certificates for civil servants

The certificate is available only for reviewed and identified users. We send documents according to the unified form approved by the Central Bank (instruction No. 5798-U dated 27.05.2021).

  2. Click on the "Extract" icon. Here it is, to the right:

  4. Select the reporting period and date.

  5. Click "Send": the document will be sent to the email address linked to your wallet within 15 minutes.
