Terms and Conditions of the YooMoney Loyalty Program
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. In these General Terms and Conditions of the YooMoney Loyalty Program, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Bonus Points (Points) | – | a conditional unit deposited to the Bonus Account for the performance of the Transaction and characterizing the Client's activity in using the NBCO services. Points shall be used only for accounting purposes in the manner established by the General Terms and Conditions, they are not and cannot be payment means, a type of currency or security, cannot be cashed, donated to third parties, or inherited. Points shall not be refunded or paid in cash. |
Transaction | – | actions of the Client indicating the Client's activity in using the YooMoney Service and being the basis for granting the Privilege. |
Bonus Account | – | a technical account designed to record accumulated Points and their use by the Clients. The Bonus Account is not a bank account or a Virtual Account. Each Bonus Account is linked to one Wallet and is created when the Points are firstly deposited to the Bonus Account in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. |
Virtual Account | – | an account in the NBCO database containing information about the balance of Electronic Money denominated in a certain currency and credited to the relevant Wallet at the current moment. The Virtual Account is not a bank account. Herein, the term "Virtual Account" shall mean only the Virtual Account in Russian rubles, unless otherwise expressly stated. |
Abuse of Rights | – | the Client's unfair actions aimed at obtaining the Privileges without actually purchasing Products for personal consumption or aimed at abusing the rights granted by the General Terms and Conditions, as well as actions related to the provision of inaccurate information by the Client while participating in the Program. |
Card | – | a prepaid card issued by the NBCO in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the Payment System and the laws of the Russian Federation, which is used by the Client to make money transfers within the limits of funds previously provided by the Client and accounted by the NBCO in the Wallet (hereinafter referred to as the "YooMoney Card"), |
Client | – | an individual who has entered into an Agreement with the NBCO to make money transfers using the YooMoney Service without opening an account. |
Wallet | – | electronic means of payment intended for making money transfers by the Client without opening an account, including Electronic Money settlements. Each Wallet is automatically assigned a unique number that matches the number of the corresponding contract with the Client. |
NBCO | – | YooMoney, Non-Bank Credit Organization Limited Liability Company, located at: 82 Sadovnicheskaya str., bldg. 2, Moscow, with license No. 3510-K issued by the Bank of Russia. |
General Terms and Conditions | – | these General Terms and Conditions of the YooMoney Loyalty Program. |
Privilege | – | an incentive provided to the Clients for performing Transactions under the General Terms and Conditions in the form of the Bonus Points or Cashback. |
Loyalty Program (Program) | – | the YooMoney loyalty program implemented by the NBCO in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, aimed at increasing the activity of Clients in using the NBCO services and providing the Privileges for performing Transactions in accordance with the general terms of the Promotion Campaigns. |
Promo Code | – | a code (alphanumeric value) that allows the Client authorized on the NBCO Website to claim once (instruct the NBCO to accrue to the Bonus Account) the number of Points provided by the relevant code by entering this value on the NBCO Website or mobile application within the period provided for this purpose (Claim Period). Promo Codes shall not be transferred, exchanged, and/or sold to another Client. |
Cashback | – | funds transferred by the NBCO to the Client's Virtual Account in the YooMoney service for the performance of the Transaction. |
Agreement | – | an agreement on making money transfers without opening a bank account using the YooMoney service concluded between the NBCO and the Client. |
Promotion Campaign | – |

General terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign | – | the general terms and conditions for conducting a marketing event or for providing hotel services (their complex) which provide for, inter alia, the procedure and conditions for granting and using the Privileges, their types, restrictions and other conditions for conducting the Promotion Campaign. |
Claim Period | – | a period within which the Client, using the Promo Code, may instruct the NBCO to accrue Points to the Bonus Account. |
Product | – | an object of civil law rights (including work, service, and intellectual property rights) intended for sale, exchange or another introduction into turnover. |
Trade and Service Enterprise (TSE) | – | a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur selling the Products. |
Electronic Money | – | funds preliminarily provided by the Client to the NBCO to fulfill the Client's obligations to third parties, in respect of which the Client provides an order exclusively via the Wallet. Herein, the term "Electronic Money" shall mean only Electronic Money denominated in Russian rubles, unless otherwise expressly stated. |
1.2. Other terms and definitions not specified in Clause 1.1 hereof shall be used in the meanings given in the Agreement.
2. General Provisions
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions shall determine the conditions and procedure for the participation in the Program and regulate the relations between the NBCO and the Clients participating in the Program arising due to the NBCO Program implementation.
2.2. Pursuant to Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the General Terms and Conditions shall be a public offer of the NBCO and an integral part of the Agreement. The conclusion of the Agreement by the Client shall mean the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, their full and unconditional acceptance without any exceptions and/or restrictions. In order to receive certain types of the Privileges, the Client shall perform certain actions indicating the Client's intention to receive the Privilege. The NBCO shall notify the Client thereof in the Wallet interface or in any other way provided for by the Agreement or the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign.
2.3. The General Terms and Conditions shall be amended in the manner provided by the Agreement for amendments to the Agreement.
2.4. The Client has the right to withdraw from the Program by unilaterally withdrawing from the Agreement.
2.5. The basis for granting the Privilege shall be the performance of the Transaction by the Client.
2.6. For a single Transaction, the Client may be granted the Privileges in several forms, if this is provided for by the general terms and conditions of the relevant Promotion Campaigns.
2.7. The general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns held as part of the Loyalty Program shall be notified to the Clients by placing them on the NBCO Website or in any other way available to the NBCO, and may contain the following information:
types of the Transactions and forms of the Privileges granted for their performance;
amount of the Privilege granted (including its range);
maximum amount of the Privilege per Wallet or Bonus Account or per Client;
period within which transactions with electronic payment means in the YooMoney service are deemed to be the Transactions;
period within which the Privilege is granted;
certain payment means (Wallet or Card) the use of which entails granting the Privilege;
indication of certain TSE or their categories, or other criteria for determining the transactions performed in the YooMoney service as Transactions that entitle to receive the Privilege;
indication of certain TSE or their categories in which the Privilege may be used;
other terms and conditions for the provision of the Privileges.
The Program describes the general terms and conditions for receiving and using the Privileges under the YooMoney Loyalty Program. These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Promotion Campaigns held as part of the Program to the extent consistent with the general terms and conditions of such Promotion Campaigns.
2.8. In the Wallet interface, the NBCO shall inform the Client about the Privileges granted: Bonus Account balance, history of transactions in the Bonus Account, history of depositing of Electronic Money equivalent to Points, history of depositing of the Cashback Wallet, as well as other information related to the Client's participation in the Program. This information may be provided to the Client in any other ways stipulated for in Clause 7.8. of the Agreement.
Certain information and/or actions related to participation in the Program may be restricted/unavailable to the Client in the Wallet interface due to the lack of support for the relevant function on certain devices / on the basis of certain operating systems / versions of operating systems, and/or on other grounds established by the NBCO.
The NBCO may, at its discretion, provide the Client with other information on the Program and participation in it, not specified in this clause.
2.9. The Client shall be entitled to use the Privileges only if they comply with the general terms and conditions of the relevant Promotion Campaigns, these General Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, as well as any other existing contracts between the NBCO and the Client.
If any electronic payment means of the Client in YooMoney Service and/or the Bonus Account are blocked, the Client may not use the Privileges within the entire blocking period.
The Client shall comply with this condition regardless of whether the appropriate restriction on the use of the Privileges is established by software and hardware complex of the NBCO.
2.10. The NBCO shall refuse to grant the Privilege to the Client in the following cases:
in case of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions by the Client is established;
in case of non-compliance by the Client with the terms of service for certain products/services of the NBCO is established;
if the Client has used a program or taken other measures to conceal from the NBCO the technical characteristics of the Internet connection when using the Wallet;
if the Client breaches any contracts entered into with the NBCO, including the Client's debt under any of such contracts;
if the Abuse of Rights occurs;
if the Client performs fraudulent transactions, including solely with the intention to harm another person (including the NBCO), with an unlawful purpose or bypassing the law, these General Terms and Conditions or the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns, as well as in case of other knowingly unscrupulous exercise by the Client of their civil rights.
2.11. The Client shall bear any risks associated with the inability to provide the Privilege, in particular, associated with the inability to increase the Electronic Money balance in the Client's Wallet due to the limits/restrictions established in the YooMoney service.
2.12. The Client shall refund the amount of the granted Privilege to the NBCO in the following cases:
if the Privilege was granted as a result of the Client's transaction that does not comply with these General Terms and Conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns, the terms of service for certain products/services of the NBCO, or the terms of marketing promotion campaigns specified in Clause 4.1.8. hereof;
if the Client is refunded the amount of the Transaction related to the purchase of the Product on any grounds, including, but not limited to: in case the transaction is recognized as fraudulent or invalid in accordance with the terms and conditions of payment systems, performing transaction without the consent of the Client, cancellation of the order or return of the Product, refund of the amount of the Transaction by the recipient;
if the Privilege was granted by mistake, including as a result of a technical failure or a software failure;
if the provision of the Privilege was the result of unfair actions of third parties;
in cases specified in Clause 2.10 hereof; in case of withdrawal of the Client from the Program.
2.13. In the cases specified in Clause 2.12. hereof, the NBCO shall be entitled to take the following actions without an additional order of the Client:
2.13.1. Reduce the balance of Electronic Money in the Virtual Account by the amount of the Privilege granted in the form of Cashback and refundable to the NBCO.
2.13.2. Reduce the balance of Points in the Bonus Account by the amount of the Privilege granted in the form of Bonus Points and refundable to the NBCO. In the event of a partial refund of the amount of the Transaction for which the Points have been accrued, the number of Points to be debited from the Bonus Account shall be calculated in proportion to the amount of the Transaction refunded to the Virtual Account. If, as a result of a partial refund of the amount of the Transaction, the estimated number of Points to be debited from the Bonus Account is a fractional number, the remainder of the fraction shall be rounded up to one. If there are insufficient Points in the Bonus Account, the NBCO may reduce the balance of Electronic Money in the Wallet linked to the Bonus Account by an amount equivalent to the missing Points for the subsequent depositing of the missing Points to the Bonus Account and debiting the full amount of the Privilege from the Bonus Account.
If the Electronic Money in Russian roubles is insufficient to refund the amount of the Privilege, the NBCO may buy from the Client the foreign currency held in the Virtual Accounts for the missing amount at the rate of purchase of the foreign currency by the NBCO on the date of such purchase and deposit the received Russian rubles to the Virtual Account for subsequent debiting of the Electronic Money denominated in Russian rubles to refund the Privilege.
If the Client, who has passed the Identification or the Simplified Identification, owns several Wallets and if the Electronic Money in one Wallet is insufficient for the refund of the Privilege in full, the NBCO shall have the right to reduce the Electronic Money balance in the other Wallet by the missing amount.
This clause shall have the effect of the Client's preliminary acceptance to reduce the balance of electronic funds at the request of the NBCO and the Client's order to sell foreign currency in the event of the circumstances specified in this clause.
2.14. In case of Transactions from different Wallets owned by the same Client, the NBCO may grant the Privileges only for Transactions performed using one of the Wallets owned by the Client, as well as refund the Privileges deposited to all Wallets of the Client, except for one, in accordance with the procedure established by Clause 2.13 hereof.
For the purposes of this clause, the NBCO shall independently establish the ownership of Wallets by one and the same Client using the technical means / transaction parameters / in any other way determined by the NBCO, and such ownership is not subject to dispute. In particular, one of the grounds for the ownership of Wallets by one and the same Client shall be the link of one and the same mobile phone number to the Wallets and/or opening of the Wallet from one and the same device.
2.15. Unless otherwise expressly provided by the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns, the NBCO may not provide the Client with the Privileges for the following Transactions:
payment of lottery tickets, lottery rates;
payment of bets and interactive bets for gambling;
payment for digital content;
payment for telecommunication services, including cellular communication, cable and television services;
purchase of traveller's cheques, bonds, precious metals, etc.;
social media money transfers;money transfers between Wallets;
money transfers to electronic payment means WebMoney, QIWI Wallet, RBK Money and others;
money transfers to bank accounts, cards and other electronic payment means of individuals;
payment for financial services, including the services of brokers, forex dealers, trustees, other participants in the securities market;
money transfers to repay debts under consumer credit (loan) agreements;
money transfers in favor of aggregators of products and services;
withdrawal of cash;
replenishment of the Wallet or Card;
performance of currency exchange transactions (conversion of one currency to another);
performance of Transactions classified by the NBCO /payment systems as fraudulent / aimed at abuse of the rights granted to the Client;
performance of Transactions having signs of unusual transactions in accordance with the Bank of Russia documents;
performance of Transactions related to the use of the Card or Wallet for business purposes;
auto-payments (regular money transfers as ordered by the Client, as well as one-time or regular money transfers at the request of the money recipient);
payment of any fees to the NBCO provided for by the Rates;
payment of the Products using the Bank of Russia's Faster Payment System (FPS);
payment for the Product using the Pay QR service operated by Sberbank;
payment for the Product(s) using the Points (regardless of the number of Points debited in the course of such Transaction).
2.16. Unless otherwise expressly provided by the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns, the NBCO is entitled not to provide the Client with the Privileges for performing Transactions using the Card in the TSE, to which the payment system has assigned the following MCC codes:

4814 Telecommunication Services;

4900 Public Utility Services: Electricity, Gas, Water;
5933 Pawnbrokers;
6010 Financial Institutions: Manual Cash Withdrawal;

6012 Financial Institutions: Trade and Services;
6050 Financial Institutions: Quasi-cash;
6051 Non-financial Institutions: Quasi-cash;
6211 Securities: Brokers/Dealers;
6529 Remote Stored Value Load: Financial Institutions;

2.17. If the Rates provide for the remuneration to the NBCO for performing the Transaction, the amount debited from the Virtual Account in Russian rubles or in foreign currency to pay such remuneration shall not be taken into account when calculating the amount of the Privilege.
2.18. If the Transaction was performed using Electronic Money denominated in a foreign currency, the NBCO shall calculate and provide the Privileges based on the amount in Russian rubles equivalent to the amount of the Transaction at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia or the relevant payment system, at the NBCO's discretion.
2.19. The NBCO may recalculate the amount of the previously granted Privilege if the Transaction was performed using the Card, and according to the results of payment clearing the exchange rate of the relevant payment system, or the amount of the transaction has changed compared to the amount specified during authorization. When recalculating the amount of the Privilege downwards, the NBCO shall perform the actions specified in Clause 2.13 hereof; when recalculating upwards, it shall provide the Client with the amount of the additional accrued Privilege.
3. Grounds and Procedure for Granting the Privilege in the Form of Cashback
3.1. Cashback shall be provided for the performance of Transactions using the Card or Wallet specified in the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns.
3.2. Unless otherwise provided by the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns, Cashback shall be paid online in the manner established by Clause 3.3 hereof.
3.3. Cashback payment shall include the following:
calculation of the corresponding Cashback transaction;
depositing funds to the Virtual Account by increasing in the corresponding amount the Electronic Money balance accounted in the Virtual Account under which the relevant Transaction was performed.
3.4. The Transaction shall be completed, comply with other provisions of the YooMoney Loyalty Program, the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns, as well as the terms of service for the relevant products/services of the NBCO.
3.5. Cashback shall be paid in Russian rubles in the amount specified in the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns / terms of service for certain products/services of the NBCO at the time of the relevant payment transaction for the Products in the TSE.
3.6. The provision of Cashback in a way other than specified in Clause 3.3 hereof shall not be allowed.
3.7. The NBCO may inform the Client on Cashback payment by sending an e-mail, text message, or push-notification.
4. Grounds and Procedure for Granting the Privilege in the Form of Bonus Points
4.1. Terms and conditions for scoring Points
4.1.1. When the Client performs the Transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign, the NBCO shall calculate the number of Points for this Transaction.
4.1.2. Points can be earned by the Client in one of the following ways:
– By claiming the Promo Code.
In this case, the NBCO shall generate the Promo Code and provide the Client with the opportunity to claim the Promo Code. The Promo Code may be provided to the Client on the Transaction success page or sent in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Agreement for communication between the Parties. The Promo Code may be claimed by the authorized Client on a special page of the Website or in the NBCO's mobile application within the Claim Period.
This functionality may be limited/unavailable to the Client due to the lack of support for the relevant function on certain devices / based on certain operating systems and/or on other grounds established by the NBCO.
The NBCO shall independently establish the Promo Code parameters, including the Claim Period and procedure. The NBCO shall have the right to generate 1 (one) Promo Code for 1 (one) Transaction and/or a number of Transactions.
The NBCO shall accrue the number of Points provided for by the Promo Code to the Bonus Account when the Client claims the Promo Code.
- By automatic accrual of Points to the Bonus Account at the moment of making a Transaction, unless otherwise provided by the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign.
4.1.3. The method of receiving Points provided for in Clause 4.1.2. hereof shall be determined at the discretion of the NBCO and notified to the Client when the Transaction is performed.
4.1.4. The procedure of the Points accrual shall be considered completed when the balance of the Bonus Account increases. Points not credited to the Bonus Account cannot be used under the Program.
4.1.5. The number of Points for the Transaction shall be determined by the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign.
4.1.6. The NBCO shall be entitled to block the Bonus Account in full or in part (while retaining access to certain functions of the Bonus Account), providing for a ban on debiting Points from the Bonus Account and/or crediting Points to the Bonus Account, for the period of:
reviewing the situation to determine whether the Client's actions contain elements of Abuse of Rights, unfair actions and/or violation of these General Terms and Conditions;
blocking of any electronic payment means of the Client in the YooMoney service;
existence of any debt of the Client to the NBCO.
In this case the Claim Period for the Promo Codes provided to the Client shall not be extended.
4.1.7. The general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign, the terms of service for certain products/services of the NBCO or the internal documents of the NBCO may provide for the granting of the Points to Clients whose payment history meets certain criteria related to the payment activity period or transaction history.
4.1.8. Points received by the Client as a result of participation in marketing promotion campaigns not related to the Loyalty Program and providing other grounds and procedure for accrual of Points than those established by the Loyalty Program may be accounted for in the Bonus Account. The obligations of the Parties related to the accounting and use of such Points shall be governed by these General Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise provided by the general terms and conditions of the marketing promotion campaign.
4.1.9. If the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign governing the accounting and use of the Points differ from these General Terms and Conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign shall apply and prevail.
4.1.10. If, as a result of the Transaction, the calculated number of Points is less than one, the Points shall not be accrued. If the calculated number of Points is a fractional number, the number of Points equal to the whole fraction shall be accrued.
4.2. Terms and conditions for debiting Points
4.2.1.1. In order to receive the Privilege, the Client shall send an order to the NBCO to pay for the specified Product with Points using the Wallet. On the basis of this order, the NBCO shall debit the amount of Points specified in the order from the Client's Bonus Account, deposit the equivalent amount of Electronic Money to the Client's Virtual Account in Russian rubles, and transfer the Electronic Money balance to pay for the Product.
The NBCO may set the maximum and/or minimum amount of the Points that can be used to pay for the Product. This amount may vary and shall be notified to the Client during the payment process.
The Privilege may be granted to the Client only if there are sufficient Points to pay for the Product in the Bonus Account and sufficient Electronic Money denominated in Russian rubles in the Wallet linked thereto.
When using the Points in the manner prescribed by this clause, the NBCO shall establish one Point equal to one Russian ruble.
The Points cannot be used when paying for the Product with a card linked to the Wallet in accordance with Clause 5.7. of the Agreement.
4.2.1.2. The terms and conditions of certain marketing promotion campaigns, including those not related to the Loyalty Program, may provide for the use of the Points by the Client within such promotion campaigns in other ways than provided for in Clause 4.2.1.1. hereof.
4.2.2. The NBCO shall determine the list of Products/TSE which can be paid by the Points and present it to the Clients by posting on the NBCO Website and/or by indicating such a possibility in a certain payment form.
The Bonus Points cannot be used for the following transactions (unless otherwise provided by the payment form displayed to the Client when paying for the Products):
payment of lottery tickets, lottery rates;
payment of bets and interactive bets for gambling;
payment for digital content;
payment for cellular communication and other telecommunication services, except for Internet access services;
purchase of traveller's cheques, bonds, precious metals, etc.;
social media money transfers;
transfers between Wallets;
money transfers to electronic payment means WebMoney, QIWI Wallet, RBK Money and others;
money transfers to bank accounts, cards and other electronic payment means of individuals;
payment for financial services, including the services of brokers, forex dealers, trustees, other participants of the securities market;
money transfers to repay debts under consumer credit (loan) agreements, including those secured by mortgages;
money transfers in favor of payment aggregators;
withdrawal of cash.
The NBCO shall be entitled to establish other criteria for the transactions in which the Bonus Points cannot be used.
4.2.3. Only a whole number of Points may be used to receive the Privileges.
4.2.4. The NBCO shall provide the Client with the opportunity to receive the Privileges in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the number of Points accumulated by the Client, subject to their sufficient quantity, the possibility of granting the appropriate Privilege, as well as compliance with other requirements and restrictions established by the General Terms and Conditions, the Agreement, the general terms and conditions of Promotion Campaigns, and other current contracts between the NBCO and the Client.
4.2.5. The Points validity period shall be established for all accrued Points regardless of the moment of their accrual and shall be 180 calendar days from the date of the last Transaction. The Client's right to use the accrued Points shall cease upon expiry of the Points validity period. The Client's payment transaction using the Wallet/Card or adding money to the Wallet/YooMoney card before the expiration of the Points validity period shall entail the extension of the Points validity period for the next 180 days.
4.2.6. Upon refund of the amount of the transaction related to the purchase of the Product for which the Privilege was granted, the used Points shall be refunded to the Bonus Account. In case of partial refund of the amount of the Transaction for which the Privilege was granted, the Points shall be refunded to the Bonus account in the first place and the Electronic Money to the Wallet in the second place.
4.2.7. The Client's actions that change the balance of the Bonus Account (the amount of the Points balance in the Bonus Account) shall confirm the Client's agreement with the balance of the Bonus Account, the information about which is displayed in their Wallet at the time preceding the relevant Client's actions.
4.2.8. The Client may not perform any actions for cashing the Points (converting Points into Russian rubles or foreign currency without the intention to purchase the Products for personal consumption), including: demand from the seller to refund the cost of the Product purchased using the Points in any way other than by transferring funds to the Wallet/Card; purchase the Products using Points for their further resale, etc. The NBCO shall assess the circumstances to determine whether Points have been cashed in and cannot be disputed by the Client.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1. The NBCO may change the grounds and procedure for granting Privileges at its discretion as provided for in Clause 2.3 hereof.
5.2. The Client shall timely read these General Terms and Conditions, as well as amendments hereto, and shall bear the risks of not becoming familiar and/or not becoming familiar in time with these General Terms and Conditions. In order to receive relevant information, the Client shall independently monitor all amendments and additions to the relevant documents and visit the NBCO Website for the relevant information.
5.3. Within the Program, the NBCO shall not assume any other obligations than those expressly provided by these General Terms and Conditions. In particular, the NBCO shall not be liable for:
5.3.1. the Client's possible losses related to their ignorance of the current version of the Program General Terms and Conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns;
5.3.2. impossibility to perform the Transaction (including for technical reasons) and/or refusal to perform it, regardless of the relevant reasons;
5.4. The NBCO may exclude any Client from the Program and thus terminate their participation in the Program without notice, if the Client does not comply with these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions established by the general terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaigns and/or commits an Abuse of Rights, and/or violates any contract entered into with the NBCO.
5.5. If the Agreement is terminated, the Client shall lose the right to participate in the Program. Withdrawal from the Program shall be performed only in respect of a certain Wallet (for which the Agreement has been terminated).
5.6. The Client guarantees that they understand all the provisions hereof and accept them unconditionally and in full.
