Terms of Promotions and conditions of granting Privileges in YooMoney

Making payments for Products in the retail and service outlet (TSP) within the Category of the month

Categories of the month available in a particular calendar month (description of the transaction, methods, and procedure of its completion) are determined by the NBCO independently and provided to the Client on the "Cashback and promotions"
page and under the "Bonus points" section in the YooMoney's app (the Client must be authorized (logged in) on the NBCO's Website or in the app).

The Client can activate 4 Categories of the month from the suggested ones.

The payment method is indicated in the description of the Category of the month

When paying with a YooMoney card, the Category of the month applies to transactions whose MCC codes or other identifiers are specified in the description of the Category of the month.

From the time the Category of the month is selected until the end of the calendar month.

The Privilege amount is provided to the Client on the "Cashback and promotions" page and under the "Bonus points" section in the YooMoney's app.

The Privilege amount may vary for different Clients and for one Client for the same Category of the month depending on various factors, including the period of use of the Wallet, payment activity, and other factors.

Client may receive no more than 3,000 Bonus points in total per calendar month within the Promotion.

Bonus points are not awarded if the Client has received Points for making Transactions within another promotion or additional category.

When calculating Bonus points, the transaction amount shall be multiplied by the corresponding Privilege amount. The resulting number of Bonus points shall be rounded down to a whole number and provided to the Client's Bonus account.

To participate in the Promotion, the Client must join it in advance by clicking the appropriate button on the "Cashback and Promotions" page or under the "Bonus points" section in the YooMoney's app.

In order to participate in the Promotion, the Client should make a reservation in Ostrovok.ru on a special page https://yoomoney.ostrovok.ru/ and make a payment transaction for this reservation (the "Transaction").

5% of the Transaction amount.

If the Client participates in "Cashback by Categories", Bonus points for the Transaction shall be credited and counted within "Cashback for Reservations on Ostrovok.ru" only.

The Client may receive no more than 3,000 Bonus points in each calendar month of the Promotion.

If the Client participates in the "Cashback by Categories" promotion, the limit for the "Cashback for Reservations on Ostrovok.ru" promotion shall be counted cumulatively with this promotion and shall not exceed 3,000 Bonus points per calendar month.

All time periods within the Promotion are specified according to Moscow time.

When calculating Bonus points, the transaction amount is multiplied by the corresponding value of the Privilege amount. The resulting number of Bonus points is rounded down to a whole number and credited to the Client's Bonus account.

"Cashback for payments at Devi Club"

To participate in the Promotion, the Client must complete the following Transaction (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction"):
1) Pay for training (personal, group, and package training sessions, as well as offsite training) on the Partner’s website https://mydeviclub.ru/lc (registration in the Personal Account at https://mydeviclub.ru/ is required)

and / or

2) At any of the following parks:
а) Moscow region, Odintsovo district, Rublevsky proezd, "Malevich Park";
b) Moscow region, Odintsovo, Manzhosovskaya St. 1, "Lazutina Sports and Recreation Park";
c) Moscow region, Mytishchi district, Mytishchi Forest Park, Pirogovskoye highway.
Pay for training, rent sports equipment at the Devi Club, or make a payment at the Partner’s Devi Café.

From 10:00 AM on July 28, 2025 until 11:59 PM on December 31, 2025, or until the Promotion Budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. Once Clients have been credited with a total of 1,000,000 Bonus Points, the Promotion Budget is considered exhausted, the Promotion ends, and no further Bonus Points will be awarded.

20 % of the Transaction amount

The Client may receive no more than 3,000 Bonus Points in each calendar month of the Promotion.

If the Client participates in the "Cashback by Categories" promotion, Bonus Points for the Transaction will be credited and accounted for only within this Promotion.

The limit for this Promotion is calculated together with the limit of the "Cashback by Categories" promotion and amounts to no more than 3,000 Bonus Points per calendar month.

All dates and times of the Promotion are specified in Moscow time.

When calculating Bonus Points, the transaction amount is multiplied by the corresponding Privilege amount, the resulting number of Bonus Points is rounded down to the nearest whole number, and then credited to the Client’s Bonus Account.
