At the moment, you can only use cards issued by Russian banks to transfer money to the waller.

No commission is charged if:

  • you're transferring money on the website, 4,000 rubles up at a time.

For transfers under 3,999 rubles (made on the website), the commission amount is 1%: for example, if you transfer 100 rubles to the wallet, 101 rubles will be debited from your card.

Money is usually credited immediately.

  1. Go to the "Transfers" section and specify the recipient: you can enter a wallet number, a phone number, or an email address.

  • Your card was issued in a country that is not supported. You can only use cards issued in Russia to transfer money.

  • You are not using passwords for online payments (3-D Secure). Usually the bank sends them via text messages, sometimes provides a list of one-time codes or creates a permanent password. Contact the bank to find out if your card has 3-D Secure enabled.
