How to withdraw money from a wallet without commission
You can buy something in an online store with a virtual YooMoney card
Or pay in offline stores and at cafes with a physical card
If you have an identified user status, you can withdraw up to 10,000 ₽ at any ATM without commission.
How to complete identification
It depends on what passport you have and where you currently are.
I cannot make a payment
First, check your user status. If it's anonymous, your single payment limit is 15,000 rubles, you can pay only in Russia. Payments via Skype, App Store, Google Play, Amazon, and other stores outside of Russia won't work.
Delivery of my YooMoney card is too long
Delivery period is determined by the Russian post.
You've got an email from YooMoney with the tracking number in your inbox. Enter this number on the postal service's website to find out where the card is.
A transfer to the card has not been credited
Money is credited within 5 business days at most.
For example, you sent a transfer late on Thursday evening. Let's count business days: 1) Friday, 2) Monday, 3) Tuesday, 4) Wednesday, 5) Thursday. This means that in the worst case scenario, money will be credited in a calendar week.
