Payment methods
Wallet or linked bank card
You can pay from your wallet if you have enough money on the balance.
How to add money to your balance
If you don't want to add money to your balance, link your bank card: you will be able to pay directly with it without specifying its details.
Select a good or service in the catalog.
Specify the payment amount and other details if required. For example, here is the payment form of an internet service provider:
Select the source for debiting the money: you will see the list of possible options on the next step.
Confirm the payment with your password. An entry about the payment will be saved in your history, and the payment receipt will be sent to your email.
If you see the YooMoney wallet in the list of payment methods, select it.
The store will redirect you to the YooMoney website.
There you can select the source of the payment: your YooMoney account or the bank card linked to it (if available).
Confirm the payment with your password. An entry about the payment will be saved in your history, and the payment receipt will be sent to your email.
If you cannot find YooMoney among payment options, select bank card: then you will be able to pay with the virtual YooMoney card. The payment amount will be debited from your wallet.
If we know your email address, we will send the receipt right after the money is debited. The receipt confirms that YooMoney accepted your payment.
If you paid a fine or tax, the bank's transfer order will appear in the details of this payment within two business days. This document confirms your money is credited to the recipient's account.
If you need a document sealed by the bank, request it from our support service. Add the date and number of the transaction to your message. You can find them under the payment details.
Bank card
You can use any bank card issued in Russia to pay on the YooMoney website even if it's not linked to your wallet.
Select bank card as the payment method and click "Pay":
On the next step, you will need to specify the bank card details, then enter your bank's password.
No additional commission is charged for bank card payments.
Only Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and "Mir" bank cards issued in Russia. Currently, we are working on adding "Mir" cards issued by foreign banks: check our updates regularly.
With Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and "Mir", you can pay a maximum of 15,000 ₽ at a time (and a day).
Cash (using a payment code)
If you don't have a YooMoney wallet and card (or the balance is empty), you can pay in cash. Select cash as the payment method and fill out the form (full name, passport number, date of birth): this is required by law. After that, you receive get a payment code to your phone. This code allows you to pay in cash via a payment kiosk.
YooMoney doesn't apply commission to such payments, but some payment kiosks may set their own fees. Maximum payment amount is 15,000 ₽, but some locations may set lower limits.
First, you need to find the "YooMoney" button. It's usually located in the "Electronic money" or "Payment systems" sections.
Click the YooMoney button.
Enter the payment code from our text message into the "Account Number" field.
Insert cash and keep the receipt.
The money is usually credited instantly, but the exact term depends on the payment kiosk's service company. "Mobil Element", SberBank, and MKB do not charge commission.
Payment kiosks sometimes cannot accept certain amounts: for example, one might not accept notes less than 50 ₽.
How to get change:
if you don't have a wallet, the change will be credited to your mobile phone balance: minimum 1 ruble, maximum 1,000 ₽,
if you issued the payment code while you were signed in, the change will be credited to your wallet balance.
