Physical card for kids from 6 to 14 years old. It helps children to plan their expenses and allows parents to control their spending. How to order a card

First, you need to decide which wallet the card will be linked to: your current wallet or a new one.

If you order a card in your wallet, then your child:

  • will spend money from your balance,

  • won't be able to access the website or wallet app until you give access,

  • won't be able to confirm purchases: the code will be sent to your phone.

However, it will be harder for you to keep track of your child's spending as it's mixed with yours.

If you create a separate wallet, your child wll be able to:

  • only spend the money you have in your wallet,

  • plan their expenses,

  • independently confirm purchases (if you enter their phone number when registering).

Please note:

  • If you want to control your child's spending, register a wallet to your phone number,

  • Enter your passport details to get the reviewed or identified user status.

How to order a card:

  1. Log into a wallet that will have the shared balance with your card.

  2. Find information about the cards for kids in the Cards section and click "Order a card".

  3. Select a card design and enter your address.

  4. Enter your first name and last name (we need them for delivery). Then select "YooMoney" in the cardholder's name field.

  5. Double-check all the details and pay the card service fee.

How to set limits

You can ban certain type of transactions or set your own spending limit for the wallet.

Limits on transactions for the YooMoney cards

You can disable payments, cash withdrawals, and transfers for each card separately:

  1. Go to the cards section on the website (or on the app).

  2. Open the page of the appropriate card.

  3. Disable unwanted transactions.

You can turn it all back on if necessary.

Setting the spending limit

You can ban:

  • all spending,

  • payments separately,

  • transfers separately and cash withdrawals.

In each case, you can set a one-time payment amount, a daily limit, and a monthly limit.

These limits apply to all your spending via YooMoney, whether you pay by wallet or card.
