Mir Pay

Add our Mir card to Mir Pay to withdraw cash and pay in stores or cafes: in Russia or countries where Mir cards are accepted and Mir Pay is available.

Requirements

  1. YooMoney card, either virtual (issued instantly) or physical (delivered by mail or courier).
  2. An NFC-compatible Android™ device with the OS version 9.0 or higher.

Note: to add a virtual card to Mir Pay, you need to be a reviewed or identified user. Check your user status

Adding a card to Mir Pay

  1. Install and open the Mir Pay app.
  2. Select "Add a card".
  3. Enter the card details manually.
  4. Enter a code from the text message: now you can pay.

How to pay at stores and cafes

Unlock the device and hold it near the reader. Wait for the reader to make a sound, then take the phone away: the payment is completed.

Issues with a phone or card

Phone is lost

If there's a chance it might fall into the wrong hands, block your device via Find My Device (sign in with your Google Play™ details).

If you have a new SIM card, don't forget to change the phone number linked to YooMoney.

Payment incomplete

Possible reasons:

  • the reader doesn't support contactless payments,
  • not enough money in your wallet: you need to add money to it,
  • one of YooMoney limits has been reached,
  • your YooMoney card has expired (check the expiration date in the "Cards" section),
  • you're paying somewhere outside of Russia and your user status is anonymous: in this case, you need to complete identification

If none of these reasons apply, contact us via chat (you need to sign in to YooMoney).

The card has expired

Remove the old card from Mir Pay. Issue a new card on our website or in the app, then add it to Mir Pay.

I forgot my PIN

Just change it in the "Cards" section on the YooMoney website or in the app.
