Commissions and Rates of the NBCO

Applied to individuals using the NBCO's services. The NBCO's Partners and other persons are entitled to charge their own commissions.

Commission is not refunded in case of refunds of payments/transfers.

The terms and conditions of certain services (or service packages) may set commissions different from those specified in the Rates.

Issuing and servicing the Wallet	270 rubles per month if no Electronic Money transactions have been made at the Client's discretion for more than 2 (two) years 270 rubles per month if no Electronic Money transactions have been made at the Client's discretion for more than 2 (two) years If the Electronic Money balance is less than 270 rubles, the commission is charged in the amount of such balance. Issuing and servicing a YooMoney Virtual Card	Free
The YooMoney app	Free Free Downloading and use shall be performed according to the license agreement. Payments and transfers made in the app may be subject to a commission charge. Learn more in the corresponding payment forms in the app.
Wallet cancelling	Free of charge: if the Client submits an application for withdrawal from the Agreement at the NBCO's offices or by email. 20 rubles: when the Client submits an application for withdrawal from the Agreement via the Wallet interface (commission for application processing). If the Electronic Money balance is less than 20 rubles, the commission is charged in the amount of such balance.

Identification

Commission is not refundable in cases when the Client hasn't completed the identification for the following reasons:
  • the Client has previously completed simplified identification using data of a person who is not the owner of the respective subscriber number;
  • the Client hasn't provided the NBCO with additional data requested for completing the identification within 7 days;
  • the mobile carrier has submitted irrelevant or invalid identification data of the Client;
  • the Client hasn't confirmed the relevance and validity of the identification data within 7 days.

  • Клиентом ранее была пройдена упрощенная идентификация на данные лица, не являющегося владельцем соответствующего абонентского номера;
  • Клиент отказался от похождения процесса идентификации (отменил идентификацию) на этапе подтверждения данных;
  • Клиент в течение 7 дней не предоставил НКО дополнительно запрошенные для целей завершения процесса идентификации данные;
  • Клиент в течение 7 дней не подтвердил актуальность и действительность идентификационных данных

	The payment commission for a YooMoney bank card also applies to the autopayments set for paying with a YooMoney bank card by a trade and service company (TSP). Limits on payment amount are applied to all transactions with MCC code 4814 made with all YooMoney bank cards issued by the single Client. When using payment forms on yoomoney.ru and in the YooMoney app, an additional commission for the corresponding payment form may be charged.

Safe Deal	The NBCO's remuneration amount for Safe Deal services depends on the conditions of work with a certain partner and is specified on the corresponding pages of this service.
