Commissions and Rates of the NBCO

Applied to individuals using the NBCO's services. The NBCO's Partners and other persons are entitled to charge their own commissions.

Commission is not refunded in case of refunds of payments/transfers.

The terms and conditions of certain services (or service packages) may set commissions different from those specified in the Rates.


Issuing and servicing the Wallet

If the Electronic Money balance is less than 270 rubles, the commission is charged in the amount of such balance. If the Electronic Money balance is equal to zero, no commission is charged. The commission is charged at the end of each month calculated from the 25th day of the calendar month to the 24th day of the following calendar month.

Downloading and use shall be performed according to the license agreement.
Payments and transfers made in the app may be subject to a commission charge. Learn more in the corresponding payment forms in the app.

Wallet cancelling

Free of charge: if the Client submits an application for withdrawal from the Agreement at the NBCO's offices or by email.

20 rubles: when the Client submits an application for withdrawal from the Agreement via the Wallet interface (commission for application processing). If the Electronic Money balance is less than 20 rubles, the commission is charged in the amount of such balance.

The commission is charged in accordance with the procedure established by Appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on Making Money Transfers without Opening a Bank Account Using the YooMoney Service.

Options 

a) The Option includes the possibility to withdraw cash up to 15,000 rubles per month without charging the NBCO's commission using the following YooMoney bank cards:
— YooCard, Pre-issued Card
— CYBERPUNK 2077 Virtual Card
— Pyatyorochka Virtual Card
b) The Option is available only for identified Clients who have at least one of the YooMoney cards specified above.
c) The limit of 15,000 rubles shall be considered as a total of transactions made using all YooMoney cards indicated above and issued to a single Client (to all their Wallets)
d) Activation of the Option is not available for Clients who as of 02.10.2023 meet the following requirements in the aggregate: 1) have been identified, 2) have at least one activated unblocked YooMoney card: YooCard, CYBERPUNK Virtual Card 2077 or Pyatyorochka Virtual Card

Identification

Identification via MTS (MTS, JSC)

Available for Russian citizens; MTS subscriber number in Russia shall be linked to the Wallet

Completing the identification via MegaFon (MegaFon, PJSC)

Available to Russian citizens; the MegaFon subscriber number in Russia should be linked to the Wallet

60 rubles

Commission may not be refunded, if a Client failed to complete identification for the following reasons:
• a Client has previously passed simplified identification using other data than those provided by the mobile carrier;
• a Client has not provided the NBCO with the additional data requested for completing the identification within 7 days;
• a Client has not confirmed the relevance and validity of the identification data within 7 days.

Identification via Beeline (VimpelCom, PJSC)

Available to citizens of the Russian Federation; Beeline subscriber number in Russia must be linked to the Wallet

60 rubles

Commission is not refundable in cases when the Client hasn't completed the identification for the following reasons:
  • the Client has previously completed simplified identification using data of a person who is not the owner of the respective subscriber number;
  • the Client hasn't provided the NBCO with additional data requested for completing the identification within 7 days;
  • the mobile carrier has submitted irrelevant or invalid identification data of the Client;
  • the Client hasn't confirmed the relevance and validity of the identification data within 7 days.

Initiating a transfer
